Privacy statement
This is a static website. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising services and no embedded third-party content. Nothing about your visit is recorded by me unless you deliberately send me a message.
What the contact form collects
Only what you type into it: your name, optionally your company and telephone number, your email address, the subject you select and your message. There are no hidden fields collecting anything else.
How it reaches me
The form is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection to the form delivery service Web3Forms, which forwards it to my email inbox. The service acts purely as a relay and does not use the content for its own purposes. The message then rests in my email account, which is hosted by Google.
What it is used for
Answering your enquiry and, if it leads to one, carrying out the resulting engagement. Your details are never sold, never passed to third parties for their own purposes, and never used to send you marketing you did not ask for.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that lead to no engagement are deleted within twelve months. Correspondence relating to an actual engagement is retained for as long as Swiss commercial record-keeping obligations require.
Server logs
The hosting provider serving these pages records standard technical access data (IP address, time, page requested, browser identification) for the operation and security of the service. I do not analyse this data and cannot connect it to an individual.
Your rights
You may ask at any time what data of yours I hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the email address in the legal notice above and I will act on it. This statement follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
